Cancellation Policy

• 7 days and less- 100% cancellation.
• 8 days to 21 days- 75% cancellation.
• 21 days to 35 days- 50% cancellation.
• 35 days and above- 20% cancellation
• Amendment in dates within 35 days from arrival is treated as a cancellation.
• Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
• Long weekend or New Year, Christmas and Diwali bookings are non-refundable
• GROUP BOOKING CANCELLATION CHARGES (minimum 4 paid rooms)
• Cancellation of an entire group between 90 and 45 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the 30% of the total booking amount. 10% reduction in the number of rooms can be done between 90 and 45 days prior to arrival without incurring a cancellation charge
• Cancellation of a group reservation or further reduction of rooms received within 45 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to accommodation for the entire length of stay originally booked at each hotel.
• In case the voucher is produced even before D-45 days, and booking is cancelled after the voucher is produced, 100% Retention will be charged.
